Mr. Andrew Baumann concentrates his practice in corporate and transactional matters including the documentation of commercial and real estate loan transactions for banks and other financial institutions. Before joining Tishler & Wald Ltd., Mr. Baumann worked extensively in the field of fair housing law and predatory lending prevention, where he worked primarily with the Department of Housing and Urban Development as well as local government agencies. Additionally, Mr. Baumann has had previous experience with loan documentation while employed in the commercial lending department of a regional bank.
