Ms. Rzepka concentrates her practice in commercial and business litigation, bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation, representing lenders and other businesses in state, federal and bankruptcy courts. She has experience in various aspects of loan enforcement litigation, contractual and other business disputes, plan confirmation and claims objection matters and preferential transfer litigation. She has also successfully negotiated commercial leases for numerous business clients. Prior to joining Tishler & Wald Ltd., she practiced in the areas of elder law and debtor-creditor litigation.
