Ms. Tremain concentrates her practice in commercial real estate, corporate and transactional matters and affordable housing (including mark to market restructuring, Section 8 Contract issues and other related housing matters). Her experience extends to all types of real estate transactions, corporate acquisitions and sales, commercial leasing as well as general corporate law and contract law, environmental and employment law. Additionally, Ms. Tremain provides her expertise to the firms' bankruptcy and restructuring practice and represents clients before governmental regulatory agencies. In a 2004 proceeding before the U.S. General Services Administration Board of Contract Appeals, she successfully defended a government contractor from a multi-million dollar over-charge claim.

Her diverse range of clients includes corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, non profit organizations, foreign and domestic investors and investment funds, franchisors, franchiesees, and freight forwarders.

Prior to practicing law, Ms. Tremain held various managerial positions with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.
