Mr. Bruce Wald specializes in the bankruptcy and insolvency field and has represented numerous Chapter 11 debtors as well as secured and unsecured creditors. He has been attorney for Unsecured Creditors Committees as well as having served for six years as an interim trustee in the Federal Bankruptcy Court. He has tried dozens of cases in the Bankruptcy Court and state Court. He has also represented numerous assignees in complex Assignments for the Benefit of Creditors.
